Yesterday, South Carolina held their primary elections for a number of state and local offices. JR, decked out for the patriotic process, went with me to vote. He waited with lots of polling workers (all older ladies, surely grandmas, who oogled over his cuteness) while I did my duty as a citizen and entered my votes.
I'd like to think I am already influencing my child to "rock the vote" and be interested in local, state, and national politics...
So far, so good...JR gives voting a thumbs up!
