It started on Easter Sunday with a little plot in our side yard, the sunniest spot we have for a garden. Remsen dug and prepped the soil.

So, we took out our seeds and went to work planting. JR loved pushing the seeds into the ground.

Then it was time for the water! This was the best part of all! After we watered the garden, JR ran through the spray, squealing all the way!

It is small, but this is how our garden started!
With work and play done for the day, JR celebrated with a juicebox. Ahh, the life of a kid!
